All parcels are picked up and delivered through our own delivery network and/or registered courier partners. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer at the time of booking.
VikasCourier is not liable for any delay caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as weather, transport disruptions, or incorrect address details) but will make every reasonable effort to deliver within the agreed timeframe.
Standard shipments are delivered within 1–3 business days depending on the destination and service selected. Express delivery options are available for time-sensitive shipments.
Delivery status updates are shared via SMS and/or email on the contact details provided at the time of booking.
